Shipping Policy

Cortex Aminos, operated by Cortex Research LLC, is committed to fast, reliable delivery of your research materials. This policy explains how we ship your orders.

1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

2. Shipping Method and Timing

Orders are shipped via 2-day air. Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Once shipped, delivery generally takes approximately 2 business days.

Processing and delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, high order volume, or circumstances beyond our control.

3. Shipping Costs

• Free 2-day air shipping on all orders over $150.
• Orders under $150 are charged a flat shipping rate calculated at checkout.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email. You can also view live order status and tracking updates from your account dashboard.

5. Order Processing

Orders are processed on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after our daily cutoff, on weekends, or on holidays will begin processing the next business day.

6. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address. We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address. If a package is returned to us due to an address error, additional shipping charges may apply to resend it.

7. Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, or if tracking shows delivery but you have not received your package, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date at support@cortexaminos.com so we can investigate with the carrier.
