Refund & Returns Policy

This policy explains our position on refunds and returns for products purchased from Cortex Aminos, operated by Cortex Research LLC.

1. All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our products as sensitive research materials, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds or exchanges once an order has been placed and shipped.

Because our products are used in laboratory research and their integrity cannot be verified once they have left our facility, we are unable to accept any returned product back into inventory. This policy protects the quality and safety standards of all our materials.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We stand behind the quality of what we ship. If you receive an order that is damaged in transit or incorrect (wrong item shipped), contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@cortexaminos.com with:

  • Your order number;
  • A description of the issue;
  • Clear photographs of the product and packaging.

If we confirm the error or damage, we will, at our discretion, ship a replacement or issue store credit. This is the sole remedy available for damaged or incorrect orders.

3. Non-Returnable Circumstances

We cannot offer any refund, replacement, or credit in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after purchase;
  • Ordering the wrong product;
  • Products that have been opened, used, or reconstituted;
  • Claims made more than 7 days after delivery;
  • Orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer.

4. Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before they have been processed for shipment. Once an order has entered fulfillment or shipped, it cannot be cancelled. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at support@cortexaminos.com.

5. Chargebacks

If you have an issue with your order, please contact us first so we can resolve it directly. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may result in suspension of your account.
